I had a great experience in this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, and the location couldn't be better - close to the city center. that, the hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no problem finding a parking spot for my rental car. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options. Mr Sherkhan drove me to a local museum and made sure I had a great tour.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore everything Karaganda has to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even provided us with an early check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable stay.

We were disappointed that the breakfast they offered did not include any cereal, which made it challenging for our young daughter to find something to eat. We also had some issues with the promised train station pickup not arriving, which caused us to scramble to find our own transportation upon arrival.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a great choice for travelers who are on a short break. It has spacious clean rooms and friendly staff, willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests can enjoy the early check-in, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped bathroom with toiletries. the hotel provides some extra facilities such as a gym and free wifi throughout the premises, which is great for business travelers.

The hotel could improve their breakfast service, as they didn't offer cereal for children and didn't allow families to bring their own either.

Great Value, Convenient Location, Friendly Staff. My weekend stay was great value for money. the location was perfectly central and convenient for the local attractions. the staff were very friendly and willing to help, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

Lack of Amenities, Noise Disturbance. the hotel lacked some amenities such as a swimming pool or fitness room.
